V bytovom dome SEVERIA bývam skoro dva roky a býva sa mi naozaj výborne. Samotné prevedenie a vybavenie môjho 2 izbového bytu je skvelé a postačujúce. O bytový dom SEVERIA sa stará personál na ktorý sa môžem hocikedy a s hocičím obrátiť a vždy mi pomôžu. Naozaj nie je nič na čo by som musel poukázať v negatívnom smere. Kto rozmýšľa o prenájme bytu a nevie sa rozhodnúť určite odporúčam.

When I first came to Slovakia, the staff at Severia offered the best and clearest service out of all the apartment houses I visited. Their communication is excellent and their language skills are great, and they offered us a tour and gave us all schematics and helped us with furniture, transport and installation. The security is great, with proper locks, each apartment has its own storage unit, a front door which is always locked, video camera surveillance and overall a clean domestic environment.Furthermore, the noise level is low. Little to none disturbance, and if there are problems, the dedicated janitor resolves the problems fast. Heating is good, electricity is rarely any issue, water pressure is strong. Overall a very pleasurable experience to live here.

I moved in to Severia in September 2014. The apartments were completely new and nobody lived here before. The staffs of Severia were so helpful with the order and arrangement and provided a great deal for us with transfer and installation of the furniture. When I came back after two weeks break after the summer course, I could move directly in to my apartment. Most of the furniture were ready, so I could focus on school. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I am very satisfied. People often tell me that Severia is far away, but for me 7 min with the bicycle to school is not far at all and having Tesco as my neighbour is a huge plus. I love the fantastic view from my 6th floor balcony, and the quiet and clean environment around the building. We also have a fantastic janitor that offers help with everything whenever we need it and a staff which is always available. I feel safe and comfortable here, and never hesitate asking for help. The size of my apartment is 43 km2, which is big enough for me and it is clean and bright. We also have our own study room, with great equipment. I am more than happy to recommend Severia to other students.

I am a student from Sweden living in Severia for about 1,5 years. I moved in to Severia when I moved to Martin and have been very satisfied with the whole concept of Severia sense then, which is much more than just an higher standard apartment house here in Martin. It is more like a community among neighbours with an exceptionally kind and professional staff. Here they provide a range of services along with everything else you need to know when you are new to a Country and city.

The apartments are of incredible quality for a reasonable price. The service provided is one of a kind, and no problem to big for the office team. The building is in a short distance from all the most important things you need, but it is still in a quiet neighbourhood. You are constantly surrounded by fellow students and friends, making Severia feel like home.

I have lived in Severia for almost two years now and I love it here. It takes me 7-10 minutes to go on my bike to school or to the centrum (the gym in the middle). It takes the same time to go to Mc'Donalds and around 5-7 minutes to walk to Tesco. The staff is wonderful and they help us with whatever we need help with. If we get packages from home or just online orders it arrives at the office, they let us know and we can pick it up from there instead of going to the post office. The study room is really nice and for me it is good to be able to go there when I can't study at home.

I first chose this apartment because of its location and good first impression. But as time passed I have discovered many other great things about Severia. The standard of living and atmosphere is fantastic. Everything is very clean, modern and safe. The environment is perfect for a student like me as the surrounding is calm and beautiful with a great view and all you could wish for close by. Severias staff is available at all times to its tenants and very friendly, helpful and open to special needs and suggestions for improvements.
